1.The Medical Heritage: You come from a lineage of healthcare professionals. How did that “medical DNA” shape your decision to move beyond clinical practice and build Krown Hub as a distinct brand in the competitive Pitampura landscape?

Growing up in a family of healthcare professionals, patient care and dentistry was not just a career option for me; it was a something that everyone discussed at the dinner table every day. This ‘medical DNA’ is the pillar of our strong commitment to ethics, clinical excellence and our ideology of ‘patient first’. However, when I was starting my clinical journey, I realised that great clinical skills alone cannot result in real patient experience which gave me the motivation to build more than just a dental practice. I wanted to create an institution. Building Krown Hub in Pitampura was about taking that legacy of trust and turning it into a modern, unique brand. I wanted to create a space where clinical excellence meets a great, consistent patient experience. We build relationships with our patients based on this excellence and trust.

2. The Specialist’s Edge: As a Gold Medalist in Prosthodontics, you operate in a high-precision niche. In a market full of generalists, how has your specialization served as your primary “Intellectual Property” and business moat?

Dentistry is increasingly becoming commoditized, but precision is still the single most critical factor. Specialising in Prosthodontics required thousands of hours mastering a highly specific, high-precision niche. In a crowded market, this specialization is absolutely my business moat. Patients today are highly educated; they understand the difference between a ‘fix’ versus functional longevity and aesthetic perfection. This specialization is our clinic’s ‘Intellectual Property’ as it has allowed this clinic to handle complex rehabilitations that go beyond general dental practice.

3. The Tech Transition: Krown Hub is known for its in-house digital lab. As you prepare for the dual journey of entrepreneurship and motherhood, how are you leveraging automation and digital workflows to ensure the clinic maintains its “Gold Medalist” standards in your absence?

Our digital dental lab, ‘Arodent Labs,’ has a legacy of more than 35 years. Recognized by many as the Best dental clinic in Rohini, we have integrated intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM designing, and 3D printing into our daily workflows. This automation removes the margin for human error and standardizes our output. Digitizing our workflows has given me the flexibility of reviewing 3D designs and treatment plans remotely, ensuring that our precision is built into our systems, not just tied to my physical presence in the operatory. We ensure that our experienced staff is regularly trained in new technologies to keep up with the pace of rapidly evolving dentistry without compromising our quality.

4. Operational Resilience: Many women founders face the “delegation dilemma.” How have you structured your team and systems so that the clinic’s “Self-Healing” capabilities don’t rely solely on your physical presence?

The dilemma of delegation is a big challenge for any entrepreneur, but it is especially hard for women founders, especially when your name is tied to the quality of the service. I am trying to navigate this by shifting my focus from merely ‘managing people’ to ‘building sustainable system.’ We have standard operating procedures (SOPs) for everything from patient onboarding to infection control which need to be followed by everyone. I’ve also focused on training my associate staff to take independent decisions based on the need of the hour. This creates an ecosystem that is smooth, solves routine problems, and maintains high standards regardless of my presence in the clinic.

5. The Physicality of the Craft: Dentistry is a physically demanding profession. What is your strategy for managing the high-dexterity requirements of Prosthodontics while navigating the physical transitions of pregnancy?

Dentistry can be taxing for the mind and the body because it requires extreme precision for hours. Navigating pregnancy has taught me to be strategic first. I’ve optimized my ergonomics by adjusting my seating and enforcing strict breaks to maintain my energy levels. My associate dentist has also started to take a lead on a lot of tasks which gives me the ability to adjust my appointments accordingly. It’s about working smarter, honouring the fact that my body is going through a major change, empowering my staff more and using technology to offset the physical toll as much as possible.

6. The Trust Factor: You’ve built a reputation for a personal, boutique touch. How are you using technology or communication systems to maintain that deep patient trust during this transitional phase of your life?

Krown Hub’s reputation was built on the fact that we provide personalised care of highest quality to every patient. Maintaining the same during this transition is important. Digital tools are a major help now days. We use automated follow-up reminders to ensure better patient adherence to protocol, and I can also record audioand video messages for patient awareness. I review and discuss each treatment plan personally. Even if an associate doctor is executing a procedure, the patient knows I have personally planned and am overseeing their case.

7. The Entrepreneurial Landscape: For our WE Today readers, what is one “hard truth” about the legal or regulatory side of setting up a multispecialty clinic in Delhi that you wish you had known on Day One?

There have been many aspects in setting up a clinic from registering your brand to biomedical waste disposal compliances and local municipal regulations and approvals which I had not anticipated. Getting in touch with a legal consultant rather than trying to figure it out yourself could be a much a better idea. As an entrepreneur, time is my most valuable asset and I would like to spend it on building the brand and treating patients.

8. The 2026 Vision: Looking ahead, how do you see the intersection of AI driven dentistry and women’s entrepreneurship evolving? Do you believe tech will finally bridge the gap between “career peaks” and “personal milestones”?

AI-driven dentistry has already changed diagnostics, treatment planning, and patient communication. For women entrepreneurs, this could be a game changer. In the past, women had to choose between reaching career goals and enjoying personal milestones because the job required being present all the time. AI and digital technologies have given us that independence to monitor and assist remotely which is really important for someone who is transitioning into motherhood.
