On 19 May Women Entrepreneurs Foundation (WE) Meet & Greet Conclave 2109 was organised at India International Centre (New Delhi). Approximately 70 women entrepreneurs & professionals from NCR Region with different business/professional arena were invited and have participated in the event sharing about their profession & business. The conclave was sponsored by BOSH (Leading name in electronics & Technology) & co sponsored by Sheh Jewels, Vincit Law Academy & MaVi Jewels.
The Conclave was co-hosted by Nisha Bansal, Regional Head WE (North Delhi) and Prerna Jain, Regional Head WE (Gurgaon). Entrepreneurs including Neha Chandra (CEO Aspirants Group of Companies; Neetu Singla (Chief Editor Navdristi Times); Nisha Bansal (Editor The WE Today); Swassti Shandilya (Director Ideagully Products Innovation Pvt. Ltd.); Mamta Gupta (Owner Payal Gas); Kinnori Gosh (Advocate Delhi High Court) attended the conclave and had witnessed the great scope among female owned start-ups. Entrepreneurs/Professionals from varied business sectors including health, fitness, corporate, education, social, political, economic, academics, were present and have successfully connected with one another. While introducing themselves and their brands entrepreneurs/professionals have created business connections and clientele at the same time. Numerous business cards were exchanged over a cup of coffee.
In the thanks note Neetu Singla (Chief Editor Navdristi Times) proposed to share inspiring stories via her print media whereas Manvi Rajvanshy, Advocate Supreme Court of India addressed the guests about the problem faced by start-ups & female business owners and further conveyed the ways in which these problems be minimised. She also proposed to help the female owned start-ups in setting up their legal processes.
Architect Swassti Shandilya also got the opportunity in lieu to present glimpse of her work digitally in the conclave among peer entrepreneurs. She created a motivating atmosphere for reinforcing the importance and need to share about one’s business among others to generate maximum business.
The conclave was followed by two major awards in the categories of Shining Woman Entrepreneur of the year, awarded to Mamta Gupta, Owner Payal Gas for Internal Organisational Growth & Notable Woman Entrepreneur of the year, awarded to Swassti Shandilya, Director Ideagully Innovations Products Pvt. Ltd. for generating maximum business on this platform by Founder of WE, Advocate Manvi Rajvanshy & co sponsor Garima Bansal From Sneh Jewels. While presenting the award Advocate Manvi Rajvanshy shared the dire need of women to expand their horizons and contribute to Indian GDP. She shared that currently only 17% of women are contributing to GDP out of which only 5% are being recognised & acknowledged in world or by public at large, which is bit disappointing and urged every single woman to contribute with best efforts to make themselves shine to grow our economy. The strength and power of her words, for uniting, was felt by one and all present in the conclave.
